Breathwork Level Three:- Facilitators/Teachers Course

Duration: 5 weekends, a 7 day residential course, plus 3 Days Outreach Work.

Course Dates:  7 Day Residential: October 4th - 11th 2013, 

Weekends: 30th Nov & 1st Dec 2013, Jan 25th & 26th 2014, March 22nd & 23rd 2014, May 17th & 18th 2014, July 12th & 13th 2014.

Outreach Days to be organised with mentor and to be completed before May weekend.

Cost £2800

Payment Options:

  1. Non-refundable deposit of £400 on booking and Payment in full 4 weeks prior to commencing course.
  2. Non-refundable deposit of £400 on booking and a £200 per month over 12 months by Standing order.

Prerequisites: Have completed the Breath4Life™ Practitioner Course.

This training will enable a practitioner to be competent at facilitating a group Breathwork session in a safe and professional manner. The skills needed for group Breathwork are very different from those needed as a one-to-one Breath4Life™ practitioner.

The course consists of 10 weekends of training, including theory and practical experience. You will gain supervised experience with groups during the year. All documentation and workbook are provided. Certification is awarded when the workbooks are successfully completed.

Objectives

Each student will:

  • Prepare the classroom materially and energetically for a breathwork session
  • Be able to describe the theory of energetic classroom management
  • Write and practice delivering a short presentation
  • Experience energetic classroom management while giving a presentation
  • Be able to discuss the theory behind breathwork and Breath4LifeTM
  • Be able to describe the process of  breathwork and Breath4LifeTM
  • Have an experience of facilitating a group breathwork session and Breath4LifeTM session
  • Be able to describe the importance of being 'able to hold a space'
  • Be able to describe the importance of being 'on duty unless alone in your own room'
  • Be able to discuss the feeling of 'being projected at'
