The course will help you recognise and develop your spiritual understanding, where you and your practice sit in reference to Reiki and the universe. Recognise the framework that universal law gives us and how you can use this to improve your daily life, as well as your working practices.

Objectives

Each student will:

• Be able to explain the reason for each feature of the optimal mediation position
• Have an experience of opening chakras in meditation position
• Have several experiences of meditation
• Explore their understanding of the evolution of the soul
• Be able to outline the difference between a 'Guru led' spiritual path and a 'non-Guru led' spiritual path
• Be able to discuss the concept of Kundalini energy
• Start to consider the concept of Samadhi
• Develop a plan to use spiritual skills
