One to One Reiki Session

Book an appointment to experience Reiki for yourself, which is an amazing experience. The Practitioner will take your details and check a brief medical history, they will give you a brief outline to what a treatment involves. Then you are settled fully clothed onto a treatment coach and make comfortable under a blanket to keep warm. There will probably be relaxing music playing in the background and all you need to do is close your eyes and relax. The practitioner will give you some time following your experience to share what you felt about it and answer any questions you may have.
